The terms that apply when you shop on bipmart.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it — usually by phone. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot confirm, that is priced in error, or where the item is out of stock; if anything was paid, it is refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you confirm, including the delivery charge for your district. Prices are checked again on our side when the order is placed.
Cancelling
You can cancel an order yourself from My orders while it is Pending or Confirmed. After that, contact us and we will try to stop it before it leaves.
Your account
You are responsible for the phone number and email you sign in with. Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery parcels without a reason may lead us to ask for advance payment or decline future cash-on-delivery orders to that number.
