Common questions
Where is my order?
You can see live delivery status on the Track page — enter your order number (BM-xxxxx) and the mobile number you ordered with. If it has been handed to a courier, the tracking code is shown there too. Tell me your order number and I will have someone check it for you.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka it is usually 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka is 2–4 working days. Orders placed after 6pm are picked up the next working day.
What is the delivery charge?
৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. The exact charge for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm — it is calculated from the district you choose, never estimated.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide — you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. Right now that is the only way to pay — nothing is taken online.
How do I return something?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a pickup. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Reply here with your order number and what is wrong with it, and somebody will start the return for you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel yourself from My Orders while the order is still Pending or Confirmed. Once it is packed, reply here and we will try to stop it before it leaves — if it has already gone to the courier, refusing it at the door works too.
