Delivery

How long it takes

• Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: usually 2–4 working days, all 64 districts.
• Orders placed after 6pm are picked up the next working day.

What it costs

The delivery charge depends on your district. It is shown at checkout, before you confirm the order — calculated from the district you choose, never estimated.

Orders inside Dhaka above the free-delivery amount shown in the cart ship free. The cart tells you how much more you need.

Before we ship

We call the number on the order to confirm it before it is packed. Please keep your phone reachable — an order we cannot confirm is not sent.

Tracking your parcel

Open Track order and enter your order number (BM-…) and the phone number you ordered with. Once the parcel is with the courier, its tracking code is shown there too.
