We do not stamp “100% original” on everything. Instead, each product shows who sells it, what we verified about them, and our promise if it turns out to be wrong.

What the badges mean
A verified marketplace seller who showed us proof they may sell this brand.
How we check: A letter from the brand, an invoice from the official distributor, or import papers — read by our team and approved with an expiry date. When it expires, the badge goes.

How we check: Trade licence, national ID and payout account, each checked by our team before they could sell.
No badge? The seller has not finished our verification yet. You can still buy with cash on delivery and open the parcel in front of the rider, but the money-back guarantee does not cover it. Generic products are labelled as such: they make no brand claim and are guaranteed to be exactly as described.
Sensitive categories need approval first
In Beauty & Care and Kids & Baby, where a fake can harm your health, a marketplace seller cannot publish a product until our team has approved proof that they may sell that brand. Other categories can be added as we grow.
Warranty, honestly labelled
Official brand warranty means the brand itself honours it. Seller warranty means the seller does — the brand may not. Every product page says which.

The BIPMART guarantee
If a product sold by BIPMART or by a verified seller is confirmed fake — or, for a generic product, not as described — BIPMART refunds you in full, including delivery, and arranges the pickup. Report it within 7 days of delivery. Confirmed fakes are taken off the store, and sellers who repeat them are removed.
