The 7-day window

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a pickup. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with any tags and accessories it came with.

Check it at the door

You may open the parcel in front of the rider and check it before you pay. If it is damaged, wrong or incomplete, refuse it — you pay nothing and we sort it out.

How to start a return

• Sign in and open the order (Account → Orders). On a delivered order, press Return this order.
• Choose what is wrong and tell the seller a little more. You can withdraw it until they answer.
• The seller answers within 2 days and we text you. Once approved, the courier collects it; when it is back and checked, the refund is issued — see the Refund policy.
• Ordered as a guest, or need help? Open the chat (bottom right) with your order number.

What cannot be returned

• Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery.
• Items without their original packaging.
• Personal-care and hygiene products once opened.
