Privacy policy

What BIPMART collects about you, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and delivery address — to deliver your order and call to confirm it.
Your email and Google account name, if you sign in with Google.
Your orders, wishlist and reviews.
Basic, anonymous usage information (pages viewed) to improve the shop.

Who we share it with

Only the courier delivering your order receives your name, phone number and address. We do not sell your information.

Messages

We send order updates by SMS. Marketing messages are only sent if you agreed, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can see and change your details under My account. To have your account deleted, contact us; order records we are required to keep are retained, everything else is removed.
