Refund policy

When you get a refund

• A return accepted within the 7-day window (see Returns).
• An item that arrived damaged, wrong or incomplete.
• An order we cancelled after you paid anything in advance.

How it is paid

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bKash or Nagad number, or by another method we agree with you. Any advance delivery charge is refunded the same way.

Orders paid by bKash are refunded to the same bKash account automatically: at once for a cancellation, and when the returned item is back for a return.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is back with us and checked — normally within 7 working days of that.

Delivery charges

If the problem is ours — damaged, wrong or incomplete — the delivery charge is refunded too. For a change of mind, the original delivery charge is not refunded.
