Cash on delivery

You pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches you. Cash on delivery is available in all 64 districts.

Please have the exact amount ready if you can; riders do not always carry change.

bKash

Where checkout shows bKash, you pay on bKash's own secure page and come straight back to your order. BIPMART never sees your bKash PIN.

Pay within 30 minutes of placing the order; an unpaid order is then cancelled and nothing is charged. You can press Pay with bKash on the order page to try again within that time.

If a paid order is cancelled or returned, the refund goes back to the same bKash account automatically.

Large orders

For high-value orders we may ask for the delivery charge in advance before shipping. We will tell you when we call to confirm — never by an unexpected message asking for money.

Stay safe

BIPMART staff will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password. If someone does, it is not us — do not share it.
