Seller agreement

Who this is between

This agreement is between BIPMART and the shop (the seller) that sells on bipmart.com through the BIPMART Seller Center. The shop's owner accepts it for the shop when submitting the seller application, and again whenever we change it. Version 2026-10.

Listings

• Every listing is reviewed by BIPMART before it goes live, and again after significant changes.
• Listings must be accurate: true photos, title, condition, variants and price. You sell only what you have in stock.
• Branded goods must be genuine. Categories that need brand authorization can only be listed once BIPMART has approved your authorization letter.
• You may not list counterfeit or copied goods, anything illegal to sell in Bangladesh, weapons, drugs or medicines, alcohol or tobacco, adult content, or anything we tell you is not allowed on BIPMART.

Prices

You set your prices in the Seller Center. The price on bipmart.com when the customer places the order is the price of that order; you may not ask the customer for more.

Orders and delivery

• Confirm each new order with the customer within 24 hours, and pack it for the courier within 48 hours of confirming.
• Delivery is by BIPMART's couriers from your pickup point, or by your own Pathao or Steadfast account if you choose that in the Seller Center.
• Orders left waiting longer than this are flagged to BIPMART, and repeated delays may lead to the steps under Breaches.

Commission

BIPMART charges a commission on the price of the goods in each delivered order (not on the delivery charge). Your rate is the one shown in your Seller Center; BIPMART tells you in advance before changing it. Nothing is charged on orders that are cancelled or returned.

Payouts

• What a delivered order earns you (its price less commission) becomes payable 7 days after delivery, once the return window has closed.
• BIPMART pays what is payable weekly, by bank transfer or bKash, to the payout account verified on your application.
• With your own courier account the customer's cash reaches you directly, so the commission on those orders is owed to BIPMART; settle it by bank or bKash when asked.
• Every sale, commission, return and payout is shown in Payouts in the Seller Center.

Returns

• Customers may ask to return an order within 7 days of delivery, under BIPMART's Returns policy.
• Answer each return request within 2 days, and give the customer a reason when you reject one.
• BIPMART may decide a return itself, including overturning a rejection.
• When a returned order is back with you, its sale and commission come off your payouts.

Customers and their data

Use a customer's name, phone and address only to complete and support their order. Do not contact them for anything else, sell or share their details, or take the order off BIPMART. Answer customers' messages in the Seller Center's support inbox.

Breaches

If a shop breaks this agreement — counterfeit goods, misleading listings, repeated late or cancelled orders, mistreating customers, or false information on the application — BIPMART may remove listings, suspend the shop (its products leave the storefront at once), and hold payouts as needed to refund customers. We tell you why, and you may reply through Help from BIPMART.

Changes and ending

BIPMART may change this agreement. You will be asked to accept the new version in the Seller Center before it applies to you. Either side may end it: you by asking BIPMART to close your shop, BIPMART by notice. Orders already placed are completed, and money already owed is settled.

Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
